Add install-time options to change the - application name - meeting button label and logo - text body message and disclaimer
- Add a tab page to the settings dialog to edit the custom invitation message and disclaimer - Add a "Reset" button to revert to default settings - Make settings dialog accessible from all Ribbon buttons - Improve location of ribbon buttons
