Add chain details "lite" page for extended chains - #1010

- added homepage, hasBackendData, sortOrder - return sorted list based on sortOrder / alpha fallback - rename gas -> nativeCurrency
- don't load `chain-datails` from `[chain]` layout - details only required on chain details page - load there instead - for other `[chain]` routes, use local registry instance
- re-order return columns (1m, 3m, lifetime, lifetime abs) - round age to 1 decimal - add tooltip / blog post link to risk column values
