Why
The blacklisted vault ranking needs to display realistic summary figures even when source data contains broken vault TVL values. The page also needs clear loading placeholders and readable blacklisted rows.
Lessons learnt
Blacklisting needs to come from the generated vault JSON rather than frontend-only heuristics. Summary helpers should own the TVL cap so page and table statistics apply the same rule.
Summary
