Preserve real schematic pin electrical types

Summary

• Maps Circuit JSON input, output, bidirectional, open-drain/open-collector, power, push-pull, and passive semantics to native Altium pin ELECTRICAL values.
• Restores all six output pins and both power pins on the complete HERON systems schematic.
• Updates the full-circuit snapshot so its source and round-trip pin-type bars match.
