Add duckdb and databricks profiles, adjust workflows

Describe your changes

Add duckdb and databricks profiles and adjust CI workflows for each database type, also added CI workflows for each of the other workflows consistent with what we're using for other connectors.

How has this been tested?

Cannot test workflows locally, will test workflows are functioning correctly with Github workflows during PR process

Reviewer focus

Ensure workflows are consistent with other repo's and have secrets created to enable each of the data warehouse workflows to run successfully.
