Yep, LGTM. FWICS also Twisted's test suite passes against it now, so we should be able to remove the pin after the release. |

I am upddating the twisted/twisted deps as part of this PR twisted/twisted#12643 I don't plan to remove the pin. But I hope that the new Py3 wheels will be forward compatible |
