U+262B (☫ FARSI SYMBOL) is the emblem of Iran and appears in its flag. It is not classified as an emoji in Unicode, so Twemoji normally falls back to system fonts.
Following recent changes in twemoji repository (updating the 🇮🇷 flag emoji to the historic Lion and Sun symbol in support of Iranian voices [MR 1440]), this MR adds the svg and emoji so U+262B can be mapped to a custom Twemoji glyph — such as the Lion and Sun emblem — for better cultural/historical representation and consistency with the evolving flag emoji.
Thanks for reviewing!
PS: This MR is in draft, because this change in the parser repository should be deployed first. PLEASE review that change.
