Changed this back to relative link including the path to the topics. Even though the relative path in the same folder works here, it wouldn't work if the topic were included in a guide.

I also snuck in a second change. There was some confusion on the naming of the ADA nodes available to everyone. "default partition", "general (IT) partition", "general VU partition" and "community partition" are used in various places.
I put it to the vote and we settled on "community partition" since that implies it is available to every researcher...
