CPU usage spiking in Ubuntu 24.04 when running in VM on Proxmox 9.2.11#6

Seeing multiple VM's spike to 50% CPU usage on Ubuntu 24 VM's running on Proxmox 9.2.11 as a host. Killing the process stops the CPU usage (obviously).
