need to fix the class designation for imputer, put the drop functions into a class, and add PCA.

Upon initial run, now displays the save and load buttons to allow for easier access. Need to implement a catch in save.
-Added comments to denote section starts in both Jupyter Lab and Jupyter NB ipynb's -Added examples/* and *.conf to .gitignore

This would be the "big" pull of what I've been working on which should just include the GUI of MAST-ML and maybe a slight fix to one of the MAST-ML python files to work with JupyterLab.
