feat: Add version command line argument

This adds the possibility to print the current tetra version including tests for it.

$ tetra
Usage:
    tetra [OPTIONS] SUBCOMMAND [ARG] ...

Parameters:
    SUBCOMMAND          subcommand
    [ARG] ...           subcommand arguments

Subcommands:
    init                Inits a tetra project in the current directory
    dry-run             Starts or ends a dry-run build
    generate-kit        Create or refresh the kit spec and archive files
    generate-script     Create or refresh the package build.sh file
    generate-spec       Create or refresh the package spec file
    generate-all        Create or refresh all specs, archives, scripts
    patch               Saves changes in source files for inclusion in a patch
    change-sources      Swaps the sources for this package with new ones
    move-jars-to-kit    Locates jars in src/ and moves them to kit/
    get-pom             Retrieves a pom file

Options:
    -v, --version       print the version and exit
    -h, --help          print help

$ tetra -v
2.0.7

$ tetra --version
2.0.7
