updateNpmFeatureSnapshot.js writes the dev-<feature> dist-tag published by the web-components publishFeatureSnapshot.sh into every @vaadin NpmPackage annotation, so flow tracks the latest snapshot build like a -SNAPSHOT dependency. Packages without the tag are skipped.
