  • Plugin for downloading genome blacklists (from Kundaje lab).

Fixed

  • Fix for new Ensembl REST API and FTP layout.
  • Genomes from Ensembl with a space in their name can be downloaded.
  • Plugin imports use relative parts to prevent conflicts with other imports.
