Gimmemotif motif scan 'score' metric

Hello dev team,

Thanks for the tool. I am running gimmemotif scan. I would like to know how the 'score' is calculated?
At first I thought each motif has a score. I looked at specific motif_ids and in the following ss, we have three different motifs (summation of motifs in factors_direct and factors_indirect) and four scores.

In here, we have one motif TF in the factors_indirect but we have two scores associated with it. How should we interpret the results?
