SIFT+ models added

Added missing SIFT+ models

Temporary remove of SIFT models

By mistake, EF keypoint models were added to SIFT models. They will be replaced soon with the correct ones.

Bugfix3

Included .lock folder by default, as it may cause crashes.

Release version did not have the matlab scripts for running external dependencies by mistake.
They are now included
