- Move tests/ into src/tests/ - Move skill/ back to root (it's a template, not source) - Add src/scripts/release.sh — bumps version, tags, pushes - CI publishes on git tags (v*), not commit message patterns - Fix repository URL in package.json - Fix TS strict errors in tests
