Document purpose

Bi-weekly meeting are open for public discussion, and anyone may join to promote their agenda or listen and have a meaningful way to learn and contribute.
In order to facilitate an organised meeting with possible structure and discussion a meeting protocol is hereby established.

Meeting protocol

  • bi-weekly meeting shall be conducted with presence of a core contributor
  • agenda of meeting will be published before hand in a public location(TBD)
  • do we need a code-of-conduct defined for meetings?
  • meeting minutes shall be documented and published after meeting in a new wiki page.

Meeting protocol timeline

  • brief review of last meeting
  • notable messages and agenda outline
  • discuss agenda items by order, try to confine duration per item so all planned items may be included
    • stakeholder/s will present and then others can discuss necessity, implementation details and next AI for topic
  • if time permits - open for hand raise discussion
