Virtool Uploader

A CLI tool for uploading sequencing data to Virtool instances.

Configuration

Option	Env	Description
`-p`, `--path`	`VT_UPLOAD_PATH`	The path where the files are
`-u`, `--url`	`VT_UPLOAD_URL`	The URL API requests should be made to
`-h`, `--user-handle`	`VT_UPLOAD_USER_HANDLE`	The handle of uploading user
`-k`, `--api-key`	`VT_UPLOAD_API_KEY`	The api-key associated with the uploading user
`-t`, `--file-type`	`VT_UPLOAD_FILE_TYPE`	The type data file being uploaded to virtool
