The star history chart in the README was broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions on the old provider. Point the chart and its link at a working replacement so it renders again.

The star history chart on the README is currently broken, so readers no longer see the project's growth at a glance. This updates the chart and its link to a working replacement. It's a small but necessary fix, since the current chart does not render.
