Adds an
includefor the "Help improve this page" box to eachabout.html(undertechniquesandunderstanding).(All existing instances of this box were added via
CustomLiquid.tsto avoid needing to edit every single page when reimplementing the build system in #3917. These two cases are easy enough to adjust directly within the respective pages now that the build system is in place, rather than add more special cases toCustomLiquid.)
