Summary

Finalize standards-based Trust Registry support across the OSS library,
Enterprise stack, examples, quickstart, architecture, and customer documentation.

Changes

• Support ETSI TS 119 612 national TSL and EU LoTL XML.
• Distinguish national trust lists from EUlistofthelists.
• Expose LoTL pointer counts without automatically loading referenced lists.
• Validate ETSI TS 119 602 JSON and XML against bundled official schemas.
• Add explicit source assurance and acceptance policies.
• Support registry-owned certificate-chain resolution.
• Remove legacy walt.id JSON/XML, pilot formats, and EWC examples.
• Add executable validation for Austria, Italy, and the EU LoTL.
• Update Enterprise persistence, API examples, UI, integration tests, CLI,
  architecture, and customer documentation.

Validation

• OSS Trust Registry JVM tests passed.
• Library published successfully to Maven Local.
• Austria, Italy, and EU LoTL live validation passed.
• TS 119 602 JSON and XML examples passed.
• Enterprise unit tests passed.
• Enterprise integration tests compiled successfully.
• Quickstart TypeScript typecheck passed.
• Documentation production build passed.

Limitations

• LoTL member-state pointers are reported but not followed automatically.
• Complete JAdES/XAdES Baseline conformance is not claimed.
