In: w3c/csswg-drafts#13514 It was determined that adding anchor-center to align-items/justify-items was incorrect, as it can't have an effect on abspos elements as they don't look at align-items/justify-items. We haven't shipped this for that long so just remove as a bugfix. Behind the flag: DisableAnchorCenterOnAlignJustifyItems just in case we have any regressions.
