docs: Add Bridge Kit guide for crosschain USDC transfers

Description

This PR adds a Bridge Kit integration guide and reorganizes the cross-chain USDC transfer guides for better clarity.

Changes

• New Bridge Kit Guide: Quick-start guide for Bridge Kit SDK (10 lines of code to bridge USDC)
• Reorganized Guides: Created overview page with links to both Bridge Kit and manual CCTP V2 approaches
• Updated Navigation: Added dropdown menu in sidebar for cross-chain transfer options

Why

Users now have two clear paths: quick integration with Bridge Kit (especially suited for embedded wallets) or fine-grained control with manual CCTP V2.
