docs: add TanStack Start SSR guide

Adds SSR guide for TanStack Start, covering:

• Cookie persistence with cookieStorage
• Server-side cookie reading via createServerFn + getRequestHeaders
• Hydrating initialState through route context (beforeLoad + useRouteContext)
