Adds a Git workflow section under Conventions & Patterns so future contributors (especially AI agents) default to targeting dev for PRs instead of main. Documents the exact gh commands, how to fix already-misrouted PRs, and the merge/release sequence.

Adds a "Git workflow" section to the Conventions & Patterns block so
future AI sessions default to opening PRs against `dev` (not `main`)
and know how to recover already-misrouted ones.
