This is tool for localize an NDS rom. Export and import text and images to an NDS rom.( with .nds extension and can play with NO$GBA or NDS itself )

This version is not for general use yet. Currently the texture import and export functionality is for the game ¡¶Mini4WD DS¡·'s special format, maybe the format is used by some other game.
