Add TrueNAS SCALE SNMP template for Zabbix 7.0

Summary

Add a portable TrueNAS SCALE SNMP template for Zabbix 7.0.

• monitor CPU, memory, interfaces, disks, ZFS pools, datasets, zvols, ARC, L2ARC, and ZIL
• support the enterprise OID layout in the 2026 TRUENAS-MIB
• include optional TrueNAS alert trap items
• document generic setup, discovery scope, compatibility, provenance, and licensing
• contain no deployment-specific hostnames, addresses, credentials, or Zabbix object IDs

Why a separate template

The repository's existing TrueNAS by WebSocket API template targets Zabbix 7.4 and uses a WebSocket bridge. This contribution is for Zabbix 7.0 deployments that monitor TrueNAS SCALE through SNMP.
