Climate (current temperature, target temperature, HVAC action), covers (state and position), locks (state), alarm panels (state), add-ons (running state), and the following sensor classes: air quality index, CO2, carbon monoxide, gas, moisture, motion, smoke, window and contact, sound pressure, precipitation, wind speed, wind direction, voltage, current, gas consumption and water consumption.
Updated README.md to enhance clarity and detail of Home Assistant - Zabbix integration, including setup instructions, item descriptions, and monitoring capabilities.
