Fix Stepper list formatting in default API key doc#967

Prettier was collapsing the numbered list inside the Stepper component into a single paragraph. Added prettier-ignore and put each step on its own line. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
