Folds the sdu004 resolution into this governance PR so both register- resolved docket items travel together (avoiding a second PR that would rewrite the same audit files and conflict). The full text of Et Boerneeventyr (Skyggebilleder ch. 4, 1831) was read at the Centre's edition page (register vid 4); the board is faithful and stays sourced, with a fidelity fix on PR #342. The source-verification finding moves from exists-content-unknown/quarantined to verified/keep, and the log records the resolution. Nine of the ten Choregos docket items are now closed; only the sdu211/sdu212 booklet pair remains. The register pages (vid 211, vid 212, uploaded) confirm De blaae Bjerge and Hans og Grethe as genuine Andersen works, register nrs 211/212 in the eventyr category, each first published 23 December 1972 (manuscript pieces efter det Tydske). Neither is a fabrication; the German-source redeclaration stands. The register gives identity and first-print but no text, so each board's free adaptation keeps its free class, marked invention pending the 1972 text. The source-verification findings move to verified/redeclare, and the log records all ten Choregos docket items closed at the register; three works (sdu645, sdu211, sdu212) stay marked-invention placeholders awaiting their print text.
