This adds a check to the project workflow tracker to set the Status as
Donewhen the PR has been closed (either merged or not). We need this here as relying on the Workflow in the Project to mark as Done gets regularly overridden by this action.This'll require adding the "Closed" type trigger to all calling workflows.
