- Official map of the venue: http://congresmtl.com/wp-content/uploads/plans/Installations_PCM-en.pdf
NOTE: I don't have any good vector copies of these maps yet, so here are some high-res cell phone pictures :)

2nd floor: has the large "expo hall"-type room, and a bunch of public space (commuters and such will likely be passing through).
- View of the public space in the main hall — the escalators on the right take you to the 5th floor, the area on the left has ticket booths and the entrance to the expo hall space.
- View from the "security desk" — a better view of the escalators to the 5th floor, entrance to the expo hall (room 220), and the ticket booths.
- Inside the ticket booths — they are available for us to use for registration if we'd like.
- Room 220D - will be used for lunch. The floor is ugly, but it's possible to rent a carpet to make that less ugly. Note: the door on the left isn't closed, so rooms 220ABC are visible.
- Room 220E — very similar to 220D, but a bit larger.
- Note: Karine (venue contact) suggests that it will take about 20 minutes for the 2,000 attendees to move from 220 to the 500-level. The venue staff will turn the additional elevators on as we need to make this faster.
-
4th floor: will maybe have (pending confirmation) two staff rooms which look out over
- Room 447, view from the door — the left wall can be opened to join rooms 447 and 448, and the windows look out over the expo hall. Diana can be seen surveying her kingdom.
- Room 447, view from the back — to the left you can see out onto the expo hall
-
5th floor: will be the "main" conference space, with session, sprint, and open space rooms
- A view from the escalator up to the 5th floor
- The main 5th floor hallway, looking towards room 517 — to the right are the escalators down to the 2nd floor, and rooms 52X are to the left. The escalators going up take you to the 7th floor, and room 710 is up them and off to the very far right.
- The main 5th floor hallway, looking towards the escalators — similar to before, but flip the directions around. Behind the photo is room 710. The big dome-like things along the opposite side of the hallway are emergency exits. There are tons of emergency exits. We will have no problem evacuating if Doug accidentally sets the building on fire.
- The Blue Booth beside the escalators — a Tourism Montreal person will sit here sometimes, giving out directions and other touristy stuff. We can also use this for whatever we'd like. The escalators to the second floor are just to the right of the photo.
- Room 517 — the blue room visible to the right is room 516, and the red doors "behind" the photo lead to the main hall and escalators.
- Room 516 — the open wall across the room leads to 517.
- Room 514 — is the same as 515.
- The hallway in front of rooms 512 and 518 — the bright light is the "main hallway"
- Room 521B from the door — the walls can come down to join this with rooms 521A and 512C.
- Room 512B from the centre
- The hallway in front of room 524 — the hallway to the left leads past 525, and the first right is the hallway in front of 512 and 518.
- 524A from the door
- 524A from the far wall

7th floor: has a large open hall (710) and an outdoor patio (715):
