Changes

• Add wio_easy_ctl for direct lerobot-easy Run page Web Serial control.
• Keep Wio firmware as a thin input/display client: easy owns mode state, run/model/dataset actions, and robot serial ownership.
• Document build/upload commands for all sketches.
