What is Ghost Mode?

Clean Browser History is a lightweight, privacy-focused browser extension designed to help you manage your doomscrolling sessions. Instead of clearing your entire browser history manually, this extension automatically deletes your tracks on specific websites the moment you visit them, based on your custom rules.

Whether you want to hide your late-night reading sessions, keep your YouTube recommendations clean, or prevent certain sites from cluttering your history, Ghost Mode has you covered.

Core Features

  • Zero-Click Cleaning: Once configured, it works silently in the background. No manual cleaning needed.
  • Dual Operation Modes: Choose between Blacklist (Erase listed only) or Whitelist (Never erase listed).
  • Path-Specific Rules: Target specific parts of a website (e.g., youtube.com/shorts/) without affecting the main homepage.
  • 100% Private: No accounts, no cloud sync, no tracking. Your data stays completely offline in your browser.
