Discussion Items

Lab 3 Feedback Review

The team analyzed the feedback received for Lab 3. We discussed the strengths and weaknesses identified by the graders and planned specific adjustments to ensure that our future documentation and diagrams (especially the Use Case refinement) address these points effectively.

Prelab 4

Every member shared their individual approach to the Prelab 4.

Project Naming Process

The naming process for the application is still ongoing. The team shared various ideas. We decided to take more time to reflect on these options to find a name that best captures the project's "vibe" and core mission.

Preliminary Role Distribution

A preliminary distribution of roles for the implementation phase was established. It was explicitly noted that these roles are not rigid. To ensure a smooth development process, team members will support each other across different branches, and roles may shift based on the project’s evolving needs.

Current Distribution:

  • Backend: Ali Akkaya, Ulaş Sertan Kemeç
  • Frontend (Web): Ekin Kılıç, Bora Aydemir
  • Mobile: Ömer Belemir Delier, Baran Önder, Arif Evren

Collaboration & Branch Flexibility

The team agreed on a collaborative workflow where the "Backend," "Frontend," and "Mobile" teams will maintain constant communication. This flexible structure is designed to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure that technical challenges in one area are addressed with the help of the entire team.
