ICRA simulation tutorial

Hello! I delivered a tutorial title *Simulation in Robotics" at ICRA earlier this week. The tutorial website includes some simplified examples of using Newton. If I add a narrative to each of the tutorials, would you all be interested in adding them to you existing tutorials?

They are more basic, so they would likely necessitate a bit of reordering of the existing tutorials, which I would be happy to submit in the same PR.

Thanks for offering these contributions, @anthonyjclark! I think some of these examples could be maybe incorporated into our existing tutorial notebooks, e.g. plotting velocity profiles or setting forces would be a nice addition to 00_introduction.ipynb, for example.
