Stacked on the real-board reproduction PR. This change preserves Circuit JSON
innerNcopper layers as AltiumMID-LAYERNinstead of flattening every non-bottom route ontoTOP.The complete EBAZ4205 snapshot changes with the fix because all 20 real
inner2routes survive the round trip. The complete HERON PAY-SSM fixture independently verifies its real inner-layer route. Top- and bottom-layer behavior remains covered by the other full boards.Verification
