U+262B (☫ FARSI SYMBOL) is the emblem of Iran and appears in its flag. It is not classified as an emoji in Unicode, so Twemoji normally falls back to system fonts.
This MR adds a replacement rule in twemoji-parser so U+262B can be mapped to a custom Twemoji glyph and allows twemoji to display a custom emoji instead of the plain symbol.
