Part 5: Production phase

• Now that we have started the production phase, we can collect all the actual data we need from actual participants.
• Because this phase does not involve any further changes of the project, and just requires the steps for data entry as described above, we do not spend any more time discussing this, but we recommend to also play around and test with a practice project in production phase, to get more used to REDCap projects and data entry/surveys.

5.1: Moving to the analysis and clean-up phase

• After we have collected all the data from our survey participants, we can move to the analysis and clean-up phase.
• At this point, we will no longer be able to add any more data to the project.
• Thus, be careful and communicate well with other project users, to determine if the time is right to move to the analysis and clean-up phase.
• If so, you can do so by navigating to the “Other functionality” tab, and there clicking on the “Move to analysis/Clean-up status”:
