Core Development Layers

1. Frontend (Web)

• Core Framework: React (TypeScript)
• Routing: TanStack Router (For type-safe navigation)
• Data Management (Server State): TanStack Query (Fetching & Caching)
• Schema Validation: Zod (For validating data from the API)
• Styling: TailwindCSS
• UI Components: Shadcn UI (Tailwind-based customizable components)
• Styling Helpers: Tailwind Merge, CLSX, CN

2. Mobile

• Core Framework: React Native (TypeScript)
• Consistency: Business logic from the web side (Zod schemas and some Query structures) will be shared to ensure consistency.

3. Backend

• Language & Framework: Python & Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Database: PostgreSQL
• API Documentation: drf-spectacular in OpenAPI 3.0 standard (with Swagger UI and Redoc interfaces).

Testing and Quality Assurance (QA)

1. Testing Tools

• Unit Test (Frontend): Vitest (Fast and modern Jest alternative)
• Unit Test (Backend): Django Unittest
• E2E (End-to-End) Test: Playwright (Simulation of user scenarios)

2. Code Quality and Standards

• Static Analysis: SonarQube (For security vulnerabilities and code smells)
• Linting & Formatting:
  • Frontend: ESLint, Prettier
  • Backend: Flake8, Black, Isort
• Standard Compliance: W3C Standards (Accessibility and HTML structure)

3. Accessibility and Security

• Accessibility: axe DevTools (During development), WAVE (Final visual inspection)
• Security: OWASP ZAP (Penetration and vulnerability testing)

DevOps, Monitoring, and Infrastructure

• Containerization: Docker & Docker Compose (Especially to ensure PostgreSQL and Backend run identically on every machine)
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions (Automatic execution of tests and linting processes on every push)
• Error Tracking (Logging): Sentry (For real-time tracking of errors in production)
