As the structure of this repo is just a copy relevant parts of the main tesseract repo, CI didn't work. I've added an
unstableCI, based on the unstable image of the main tesseract repo, and also based the code quality CI on tesseract-unstable.I've also removed all other CI checks, as tesseract_collision_coal is intended to be integrated in the main tesseract repo, so there is no point in fixing all CI to use the tesseract image now.
