- solution to breaking image ARK link (for Chrome) now at bottom of arks.org homepage (fix was new cert)

- invitation from Dutch group to present their service to ARKA groups: "We will be working towards a linked open data collection presentation the upcoming months, together with this group of 19 museums from Groningen, on www.collectiegroningen.nl. This is still the old website. We are expecting to launch the new website before summer. If you would like for us to give a presentation on our project, we would love to. - jk: i wish we had better understanding of zoom-based translation tools and subtitles
- jp: the reason I have two connections to this zoom call is that my laptop video works while the audio is poor, so I also connect my phone vial Signal for audio
- jf: subtitles work, but not so well with the Zoom app, it works better for now with in-browser zoom
- ss: i think you need a paid version of zoom translation
- ss: if you send the English and French tutorial slides, I can work on a Spanish translation
- jk: what should our priorities be?
- ss: could use outreach to LA, pending financial support
- jf: i'm happy to participate in ARKA, always grateful because DOI is not as useful as ARK; i'd like to help organize an event about ARKs in Spanish (universities, research institutes, etc); i think it is urgent that people use ARKs
- ss: this should be possible with support from various organizations
- we did not have time to talk specifically about Nov 14 event
- John: share latest 30-minute ARK tutorial slides (above)
- John: see if jekyll (tech platform behind arks.org) has multi-lingual support: there is nothing built in, but some recipes exist, eg, this one
- identify people to help with the Community meeting
